bought these shoes in 2008 and now needed a replacement have shopped from texas to montana and found them in my back yard. half size up works best for me to allow toe expansion. very little breakin. warm ,wear every day to help with pronation and planter fascitis

I have been using these boots for everyday use, as well as after skiing. They are easy to slip on while still being able to lace up tight and securely. I've been trucking around in snow and love them. Our snow has now turned to absolute mush with rain, and I couldn't be happier with these boots. They are relatively warm and my feet are super dry. They also provided unbelievable traction in the snow/ice/rain out there. I do recommend getting a 1/2 size bigger, as is common with Keens. In addition, it allows you to wear thick socks. I've received many compliments on the looks of this boot. I wonder why Keen quit making them except they seem to cater to making an endless number of models.

These boots boast a -25 F rating--don't believe it! These are good boots for the endless Spokane snow and ice, shoveling snow, around town in snow and slop, after skiing, driving, short hikes. However, before I would take them snow-shoeing I would definitely add toe warmers. The good news is that Keens allow for extra toe box space to fit the toe warmers nicely. Order half size up to fit bulkier socks. They are waterproof and breathe fairly well, but expect to put them on the boot dryer after wearing them all day. Love the blue color--cute in that Keen way.
