Great piece for rainy weather. I use this as a pretty casual rainwear piece to-and-from work and I love it! It's not meant to be worn in super harsh rain/long trips so I wouldn't recommend it in severe conditions, but definately great for light rain and short trips. It looks great on!

XL in womens just a little small through the bust for my wife. We love these jackets. Looks like she'll have to get into a mens XL and put up with the too long sleeves. I wish this came in a women's XL.

This product was recommended to me by my mother-in-law who also purchased the Marmot Precip Jacket. She allowed me to try hers on before making my own purchase to see the quality and the workmanship. The design was quite stylish, and the jack has great pockets along with an adjustable hood and cuff adjustments for the perfect fit. After experiencing unexpected rainy weather on our latest hike, in Washington it was a tremendous releif to be able to use the jacket. It stuffed down nicely, and is lightwieght for packing. It was easy to put on quickly and the zippers worked well and kept me dry. It is roomy enough to wear over my existing clothes, yet it would also work well alone. The material is soft and breathable. I loved the color and would like to purchase another jacket to wear for everyday use.

I have used this jacket for over 5 years camping, backpacking, and in daily life in the city. It is very lightweight...but I have never been wet! I just purchased one for my husband's birthday as well and he is in love with it. This is a great rain coat for being outdoors for a number of days as it dries very quickly and packs down tightly. Get it!

Good jacket to take on day hikes and trips. I haven't spent time in a soaking rain yet, but it holds up in light to moderate rain. The size is just slightly small so that my under layers are limited (I ordered a M) but not enough so to rate it as "feels to small." Great price.

Despite having other shells and outerwear, this is the shell I grab more than any other. Simple features, pit zips, smart design, and keeps me dry. Stuffs away nicely. I've had mine for a good long time and it's still keeping me dry.
