Works great for keeping things organized if you have the extra money to spend on it. I'm into being able to open my pack up without everything flying out of it all at once.

Used it once on a camping trip. It inflates ok but I had to add some of my own air to it to make it more comfortable. Folds up much smaller than some of the previous models.

Not so good, ot so bad
Cascade Designs' Wrap-It Pillow is more suitable with Polite 4 mattress from my experience.
