Comments about FitterFirst Wobble Board:

After a minor ankle fracture and strained ligaments from skateboarding, this was was one of few tools for my rapid recovery. This was the same wobble board my Therapist had. I was so impressed with it I ordered one the next day. I started out using the lowest setting for a warm up and the to the middle setting. Now I start at the middle briefly to warm up and spend most of the time on the steepest setting doing it with my eyes closed and also one footed. After 15-20 minutes I do some stretching to get that last bit of range of motion Ineed. Great solid product made in Canada. Highly Recommended.[...]

Wobble Board is a challenge

Comments about FitterFirst Wobble Board:

I keep it just inside the front door so I see it leaving and coming in. That tempts me to use it. It is not obtrusive so my wife puts up with it, and it can be easily moved if we want to "tidy up." I use the board on a large tile instead of a rug, which makes it harder. I use a bookshelf as a balance aid. I hope in time to get better. My balance is poor because of a back injury, which effected my legs.

Great for ankle rehab!
By Twisted ankle TimVerified Buyer from Pittsburgh, PA on 8/28/2008
Pros:
Attractive Design, Durable, Hours of Fun
Best Uses:
Physical Activity
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about FitterFirst Wobble Board:

This multi-height wobble board is one of the best quality ones I've found; solidly built and much more substantial than those I've seen in the local exercise and department stores. It was great for recent ankle sprain rehab and strengthening. Haven't found anything to take issue with to date. It's a bit pricey, but worth the money, and you won't find it for less elsewhere!

Great balance tool
By JMan1039Verified Buyer from EB, NJ on 1/15/2008
Pros:
Comfortable, Great for ankle stability
Cons:
Adjustibility is flawed
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about FitterFirst Wobble Board:

Unbelievable tool for ankle stability/balance and the quick response foot movements that you need. The only things wrong with it are that it's slippery if used barefoot and the adjustable bottom is not perfect--when adjusting to other heights, the base does not screw back on tightly.

Great investment! Too bad it is too heavy to travel with. Enjoy

Wobble Your Way to Fitness
By Jet Set FutureVerified Reviewer from AZ on 11/26/2006

Comments about FitterFirst Wobble Board:

Dozens of wobble boards are available, and I've tried several. However, few can compete with Fitter's wobble boards. Quality construction, three-tier adjustment, and compact design make this board a standout. Balance is extremely important for everyday living (especially as we age), and this board is perfect for maintaining and improving one's footing. If you need extra challenge, you can always increase the difficulty by balancing on one leg, balancing with your eyes closed (careful!), or gripping weights, all of which will further strengthen your core stability. Overall, this wobble board is a must for anyone enthusiastic about health and fitness, and even extreme-sports buffs will appreciate the boost in performance.
