Description:
Lightweight, decked-out, waterproof, and ultra-breathable, the Alpha LT Jacket from ARCTERYX is all you could want in a hardshell jacket, and more. Constructed with 3 layers of waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX laminate, this hip-length, hooded shell protects both you and your small gear from cold, wet downpours.
Features:
- Not a single drop of water will chill your core from the outside - or the inside - GORE-TEX 3 layer shell uses microporous technology that lets water vapor out without letting liquid water in
- You needn't be worried about chill breezes - the hip length cut and drop tail hem along with no-lift underarms have you covered
- Seal out wind and water - laminated, die-cut Velcro cuffs, quick-dry chin guard, and one-handed pull cord laminated hem seal in your internal microclimate
- Zip up and stay dry - WaterTight pocket, pit, and front zips with zipper garages won't let moisture through
- Store your GPS, solar charger, and MP3 player in the laminated internal chest pocket or dual crossover hand pockets
- Reduce the weight you carry - 1/16th inch micro seam allowances are 1/4 the weight of most jackets, then secured with GORE micro seam tape for durability
- Secure your noggin, even over a helmet - the helmet-compatible Speed Hood holds off water without blocking your view
- On warmer days in the lodge, you'll appreciate the laminated, high-strength hangar loop
