Nice and light. Smooth finish slips under jackets and shells nicely.
I took it traveling and wrinkles hang out quickly...just hang it in the bathroom when you take a shower to steam it!

It took abuse on a nasty Cascades bushwhack too.

Bought this as a wind resistant golf shirt. Wanted an athletic fit and breathable instead of the typical garbage bag fit and clammy windshirt of the golf apparel industry. Works great for this purpose and about any other you can think of to take the edge off of a nice day turned less than perfect. Not insulated, but lets you go down another 10+ degrees when not aerobic, and is very versatile during aerobic activities. One word of caution- Tends to bulge out at waist (front) if you are broad chested/athletic build. The top is waist cut by design so it barely makes it past my belt buckle, and then I end up with a gap between where wind can find its way in. Probably designed to stay out of the way of a harness, but thought it was worth passing on anyway.

This is my main softshell while climbing and I bring it along in every season. I wear it over lightweight baselayers and heavier fleeces. It provides protection against rock, wind, and light rain showers. This is the most versatile piece of clothing I own.

stretchy wind shell plus, it breaths well and still provides fair wind protection. no coating so water doesn't even beed up- one cell pocket on chest- minimalist - best with thin poly/wool skin layer in cool weather run/bike. does not "hold water" but may hold smell. Endurance should be better than nylon alone. BIG PLUS is stretch, I'm 6'0/ 170 lb, = large with a layer underneath was OK- medium for tighter fit?
