This wool hat is thicker than I expected which was quite welcome. The fleece earband on the inside was also a welcome addition as it increases warmth and cuts down on the itching. Mine was made in Italy.

The best hat I have ever owned. I have very large ears and it coveres everything but the very bottom. Breathable yet very warm, I have hardly taken this hat off since I bought it! Fits snug on my ears but not too tight as to hurt them. I have had this out in 18-45 degree weather anything warmer and I usually dont wear a hat. VERY COOL LOOKING, good enough for wearing out in town.

bought the hat last week, its really nice in 30 degree weather. it gets a bit itchy after a while. it covers my ears really well, the chamois lining near the bottom is really nice. feels like it will last forever. very happy with Arcteryx yet again!

Doesn't quite cover the ears in really cold weather, but still an excellent cap. I have two, one of each color.
