I use this pack to carry clothes and food on a run commute to/from work. It holds just a little more than you really want to carry.
Adding a compression strap or two would be nice for times when it's not full.
The padding in the back is a nice addition to a pack this size and weight.

Great mini-pack for multi-pitch climbs. Can easily be worn while climbing, as it secures nicely to your back with little shifting or movement. This pack is ridiculously light weight, BUT this comes at a sacrifice to a more burly material. It will take a beating from the rocks, but wear spots on mine seem to be isolated by the rip-stop material. ALSO, be forwarned that it is a very small pack. Most useful while climbing or for doing sport stuff, or anything not requiring a butt-load of gear. Perfect size for kicking around town with though.
