While using these in operations in the Tora-Bora range of Afghanistan I routinely overextended the loads - had to - and these held fast.
Easy to pull on the way out - sometimes while in a hurry....;)

On winter mixed alpine routes angles can work where nothing else will providing solid belay and rapel anchors. Some angles I placed 15 years ago are still in place and still solid.

I use these wedges lot in the limestone around the area I live. They handle it very well with little wear. I find them easy on the rack and hold very well.
