I use this for all alpine climbing, its simple, light, and comfortable; I hung in a crevasse for an hour plus for rescue training, it didn't bother me a bit.

I am a climber and a caver and the Bod Harnice is a simple, confortable harnice for both. It is easy to get on and confortable to leave on. If you get to a tight crawl, it comes of quickly and then onec you get to the next repell it goes on quickly. It is lighe and has plenty of gear loops. Each member of my family that climbs or caves has a BOD.
