Pros:

Abrasion Resistant, Easy to Access Tools, Easy To Load, Good Padding, Holds a Lot of Gear, Lightweight, More than enough room, Tools stay secure, Water Resistant

Cons:

Long term sewing needs, Velcro wont last

Best Uses:

Alpine, Rock Climbing

Ive been using the 40L version of this pack & took it to Ecuador (11th thru 27th January) and made several accents on Cyambe, Cotopaxi & Chimbarazo. The 40L capacity was just right for those conditions-so the 50L must be bomber! I highly recommend this pack and feel it's a must for Ecuador. Im going to Nepal next month and this pack is coming with me. :)

My ice tools and crampons go in and out quickly. The helmet net and side access to main compartment are the icing on the cake.

Greatest pack I've ever owned!

Great pack for both ice climbing and mountaineering. Could use a few features like water bottle pockets and maybe a hip belt pouch, but then again some of you might find those unnecessary.
