I bought these gloves as I was looking for a waterproof, wind resistant glove that I could wear while working outside with my horses, mucking stalls, leading horses, prepping feed. They are nice gloves, and are probably warm enough to ski in but movements involving finger dexterity are difficult and I frequently have to take them off to do what I need. My fingertips seem to get cold when temps are in the 20s or less.
