10.6mm BlueWater II+ Static low elongation rope is ideal for caving, rappeling and rescue applications. Incorporated into the design are double twist cabled sheath strands as well as double twist cabled core strands making it an excellent static/low elongation rope choice.

static ropes offer many advantages for top roping: less expensive, more durable, don't have to reclimb the crux if you fall, and much less likely to hit the ground if you fall near the bottom of the climb.
