My husband picked this out for me as a Christmas gift, and I love it. It's very warm and keeps the wind out well. It isn't waterproof, so it's not great if you've got a lot of errands to run in the rain, but otherwise it's perfect for running around town. It's very lightweight and compresses to about the size of a large grapefruit - perfect for backpacking - and because it packs so well it's no big deal to just throw in a piece of rain gear if you're expecting a shower.

The sleeves were plenty long for me, which was nice! The only thing I don't like about the coat is that it has a zipper that zips both up and down... those bother me and I think they are hard to zip. Besides that, I love this coat.

The shoulders are a little bulky, but this jacket is it for cold temps. Even in 30 degree drizzle, this jacket keeps you toasty, and the color goes w/ lot w/out being too boring. I expect it to get me through Atlanta's handful of cold days this winter, as well as trips to the mountains.

I wear this jacket whenever the weather dips into the 40's or below. I recently moved from Hi to Ca so my blood is thin and I get cold easy. This jacket has saved me from the shivers many times now. The outer pockets and inner pocket all have zipper closures. A nice feature is that the front zipper is lined with some soft material at the neck to prevent zipper closure scratchiness. The angled stitching is flattering and slimming. The jacket is sized a little large giving you room to layer or freedom in movement (not too large).Yummy warmth.

Very functional and but for the linebacker look I would wear this all the time. I will wear it only for hiking/camping, and it's perfect for that. I'm glad I bought it.

I live in Alaska and this is a perfect early winter jacket. It's also good for shopping because it's warm enough to get you around, but you don't have to lug a parka through the stores.
