Marmot makes a great hat! I am a petite woman with a small head and Marmot hats fit me. I like the fleece headband as it is soft and comfy around the ears. The ties make it easy to push the hat off my head when I don't need it and pull it back on when I start getting cold. You'll make a good investment when you purchase any Marmot hat.
