Thr filter seemed fragile as it broke next to the base on shipping as its held together by the activated carbon inside. Not sure if it was a handling problem or of manufacture.It didnt arrived on good condition, and have not contacted the customer service as im abroad already

The bottle filters the water well but it is really hard to drink the water out of it. It takes a lot of suction.
