The only good thing : is big. The back is not padded , the shoulder straps are too narrow for hevy loads and shorts. The hip belt is placed too high and the top closure is not the best solution. The tie bands are too thin , the seams are not doubled, etc. A disappointment.

I don't know what they mean about stainless steel rivets, maybe they are selling off the old ones and that is the description of the new bags. Mine came with a cordura roll-top pretty thin tan bag material, and small pack straps. BD's are bigger in every way, except for the waterproof roll-top.
