T-Nuts

Comments about EB&S, Inc. T-Nuts:

We've been using these t-nuts for a few weeks now, and have had no issues with them thus far. I'm a pretty big person (220lbs), but am still able to tighten down all my holds into these t-nuts to eliminate spinning. So far, we've had no stripping or other issues. They are also a value; we ran out of these and had to purchase a few extra at the local hardware store, and had to pay about .35 cents each! I suggest you buy more than you think you'll need here to save a few bucks...

I had significant problems with the teeth breaking off of these t-nuts. I have a 6+ panel indoor climbing wall and these t-nuts are the worst I have purchased. Several spinners and many broken prongs.

We built an outdoor climbing wall at the Bible School that I work at and the Mountain Gear hardware that we purchased has worked great, was reasonably priced[...] Great stuff.

These are a lot better then the T-Nuts that come with the Metolius set. The Metolius one's actually "bounced out" while setting them. These babies have held pretty tight. worth buying.

While building a new house, a climbing wall in the corner of the 10' walls of the garage seemed to be a good idea. Don't let your 18 year old drill holes in the 3/4 plywood. He put them way too close together. A random pattern of 6 to 8 inch centers is more than adaquate. Geeze, I bought a zillion tee nuts just to fill the holes.
