The jacket is a great looking jacket and is pretty warm for its size. The one problem lies in the sleeves - the material in the sleeves doesn't allow your shirt sleeves to slide through very well and the sleeves are too long for the size of the coat. Overall I am OK with the coat but having just recently purchased it will likely get the sleeves shortened.

Great jacket! I'm 5'9" and feel the sleeves are a bit on the lengthy side but I love the overall feel of the jacket. I've been outside with the temp in the mind 30's and wind blowing and had no problems with either. I use this as a commuting jacket and for going out on weekends. Haven't been stuck in the rain in this jacket yet so I'm not sure how repellant it is, especially with such a low percentage wool makeup. I'd like to see the wool count around 50-60%. Less cotton, more wool please.

This is a great Jacket. The attention to detail is absolutely amazing. It looks very classy with understated elegance and is a much better in both style and value than my Arcteryx Diplomat or any of the european brands. On the flipside it is not meant to be worn in the backcountry, but rather in a professional environment or at a wine bar or coffee shop after hours or even at the opera. The soft, synthetic lining makes this wool fleece jacket one of the most comfortable I own. Although, the sleeves are too long. However, I like the jacket so much I am considering having the shortened by a tailor. I did try switching to a medium size, the sleeves were the right length but the the rest of the jacket was too tight. I am 5'9", 160lbs.
