The primary purpose of this sipper lid is for use on my Nalgene bottle when I make trips to Haiti with our mission organization. Some of the time is hiking in the mountains to visit our work there, and some on horseback. This lid should make it easier to drink without spills.

I take my nalgene bottle every where I go after putting in my own filtered water. This little piece keeps liquid from flying out of the wide mouths. I bought a few last year and bought more for friends.

It does a good job of directing your beverage from the bottle, to your throat, instead of all over your face and down the front of your shirt. Especially useful if your activity has you in constant motion, or driving down a bumpy approach road. Install upside down for improved spill resistance. Misses the last star for spillage when you're really bouncing around.
