I use this cap for bicycle trip and hiking in Hokkaido this summer.It keeps my hairs warm and dry on storm for one hour. And well for trekking under 2000 meter.I suggest buy big one to cover ears for more warm.

Thinner than I thought, but good. Good for highly aerobic activities and fits in your pocket easily. My noggin must be gigantic. I got the extra large and it feels small, it doesn't cover my ears like I hoped.

I use this toque for backcountry ascents, hiking and XC skiing. It breathes well, wicks well and is as warm as I need. In addition, the circumference seam creates a perfect spot at which to fold the cap up over your ears for cooling.
