Nice selflocking carabiner. With screwgates I tend not to lock them when they should be locked, and the screw tends to work up and lock when I want to open it. This carabiner has a no snag nose, unlike most of the screwgates, which makes getting it off daisy chains, aiders, harnesses and other clothe goods easy. The gate on these carabiners is pretty stiff when new, but with use gets easier. These can be opened with one hand by pressing the top against your body.
Snaps shut with authority.

As an adventure racer, weight is everything. I usually do not use autolocking carabiners for everyday climbing but my next race is requiring them. The weight to strength ratio is perfect and for an autolocking, it is pretty easy to use.
