Description:
With an ergonomic grip and large opening for gloves, improved cams that are gentler on your ropes, and the ability to work on ropes 8 to 13 mm in diameter, the Petzl Ascension Ascender is the gold standard for ascenders.
Features:
- Install the ascender one-handed with the highly functional handle that sports a protective sleeve for comfort and thermal insulation
- Get a grip on muddy, icy, or wet ropes with the chrome-plated steel cam's inclined teeth
- Keep your rope free of ice and mud with the self-cleaning slot on the cam
