Smartwool Glove Liners
By DonVerified Buyer from Connecticut on 1/19/2010
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Pros:
Add Warmth, Easy Layering
Cons:
Bad Grip
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smartwool Wool Glove Liners:

These liners add about 10deg F to the effective range of any glove/mitten. They are a light weight open weave, so you can't expect a lot more. They easily layer under almost any glove/mitten. You will know you're wearing wool with a moderate level of itchiness, more so than with their socks.

Comments about Smartwool Wool Glove Liners:

I bought 2 pair, one for my daughter (34) and one pair for me. The sizing is unisex, so I bought her the small, which was perfect and the first thing she said, "these feel great." I need to exchange mine, as I got medium since my hands are a little larger, but I need a small too. Living in Vermont, these are perfect alone in fall.

Pros:
Great Insulation, Snug Fit/Stretch
Best Uses:
Casual Wear, Extreme Conditions, Hiking, Travel
Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smartwool Wool Glove Liners:

These glove liners are great. I wanted something to keep my hands warm when I walk, run, ski, etc in weather below 32 degrees. My hands get really cold and other gloves have not solved the problem. So far, these are doing the trick. They have helped with warmth in weather near 32 degrees and hopefully will continue in colder temperatures. Smartwool is the way to go. Wool keeps the temperature in even when wet, which helps me because my hands also sweat a lot. Good purchase decision.

Sizing:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smartwool Wool Glove Liners:

I just wanted a light pair of breathable liners and these fit the bill. They are suitable for use alone towards 40 degress, but below 40 I would want something warmer or would put on the overgloves. Very comfortable and snug without being too tight.
