To sum these pants up, they are a MUST HAVE! I own lots of North Face items and these are by far my new FAVORITE! These are great for outdoor or casual wear! And practical at that, can be full length or capri! Great for summer river nights or layer with long johns and set for fall camping! I encourage you all to make this purchase, you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! While your at it, buy a pair for a friend or your sister, she'll love you for it!!!

I have these in 6 colors and overall love them, but the style for 2009 has increased in size. The 6 used to be just barely too tight in the waist when new, and now the whole thing is loose, and the length is longer. Also, for both years, the buttonhole thread unravels readily. In fact, I looked at a brand new pair before wearing and the thread is loose. I think the lower size might be too small, so I'm trying to shrink the new ones to be more like last year's pants. I still love them, but wish the size was consistent.

Love that these pants fit me so well without gaping at the back. So many "outdoors-y" cargo pants are too tight in the thighs or bottom (I'm a pear shape). These have a nice trouser-leg that accommodates my shape.

Ive got 3 pairs of these pants- 2 are the beige color and 1 is the asphault grey. I have tons of other khaki pants in the closet but I wear these the most. I now own 4 pairs of North Face brand pants and they are really all I wear. WHEN you make the decision to get some of thse pants I promise you youre going to love them and want another pair. I have 2 friends that also have these pants, and they too went back and bought another pair. Get some today! :)

I have the Libra Cargo in every color. They fit well, travel well, get softer with age. They do stretch out a bit with wear, so I get these a size smaller than other TNF pants.

I have three identical pairs -- I love them *that* much. The fit is excellent--not too tight in the waist or thighs, yet fitted enough to stay up without gapping in the back. The rise is wonderful; they aren't hip huggers, but sit approximately 2" below my natural waist. The fabric is sturdy, yet doesn't look industrial or like a burlap bag. I feel comfortable wearing these cargos hiking, camping, or dressed up with a fitted black turtleneck to go shopping in town. All-around perfection in a pair of pants.
