I have washed this item repeatedly and yet each time it is worn, it leaves a trail of fuzz on my clothing. I have tried using a lint roller....nothing helps.....

This is a great jacket-i've worn it for two years now. It still keeps me warm on cool fall days but don't expect it to keep you warm on a winter day. It's breathable, and not heavy like Denali Jackets. It's super soft as well, even after you wash it. Mine is wonderful quality; no rips, tears, thinning fabric, etc. It's overall a great jacket that you can expect from The North Face, but it just doesn't keep you that warm.

I liked the jacket overall, however I ordered the wrong size and had to send it back. I'm still waiting for the new size from the exchange to get back to me. Hopefully I don't have to wait too much longer.

Service & Delivery comments:

When I ordered my jacket it said that the jacket would be shipped the next day. However, I ordered it on a Tuesday morning and the jacket was not shipped to me until Friday afternoon. So I was a little bit upset about the time I had to wait because I feel I had misleading information provided to me.
