Very good jacket for around town,non-technical use.Surprisingly warm with a fit that allows for layering while being extremely lightweight.Would not recommend wearing it while climbing or for alpine use. Pockets lay right where my harness sits and the bottom hem rides up when reaching overhead.The sleeves are a bit long for me,tending to bunch up under a shell.

I intend using this jacket as a liner for my NorthFace GoreTex shell. My old one got "pills", but is still usable, after 10 years. I find the combination keeps me warm during some very cold weather, especially when winter bass fishing or hunting in northern Georgia. I got a size larger since I layer and I probably could have gotten away with a Large rather than the Extra Large. NorthFace is of the highest quality; the workmanship is first rate and their items endure.
