The sleeves are a little long. I wish the sleeve cuff had a velcro strap to adjust the fit. However, it is feels like a high quality jacket with the style one expects from North Face.

Well made, sharp looking, packs well, breaths good, stretches & moves with you, impervious to wind, sheds showers & moisture well (not for constant driving rain). A little tight in the armpits & sleeves a little long, but they seal over glove cuffs extremely well. Not particularly warm by itself, but remember it's a "light jacket;" layer carefully, because it fits snug; suggest ordering up a size. Best for active use even into below freezing conditions if layered right.

Impervious to wind, sheds showers and breaths well. Needs a little "break-in" wear to soften up, and a little tight in the armpits. Not particularly warm by itself, but with the right layers is good into freezing conditions (careful, though, because there's not a lot of room - order up). Sleeves feel a little long, but seal great over gloves! Great for active wear, packs well and looks sharp.
