I am 6'3" and 195 pounds, with 36" sleeves. To get it long enough I had to order the XL. The sleeves were long, but the body would have worked for someone 240 pounds. I hear this is a problem with North Face.

Bought this for my 17 yr old son. He loves the style, says he feels like James Bond in it, and kids at school are always commenting on how cool it is. He wears it all the time and is out shoveling snow in it as I write. Has extra pockets in neat places which zip closed, very handy. Very comfortable, and my son has long arms and it still fits him. Would highly recommend.
