I purchased one to try in one of my head lamps. I was so impressed I quickly ordered a second one for my spare head lamp. This is a great way to upgrade.

Better than buying a new Duo Led!!!!

The product was really hard to find, practically unavailable in Canada/Québec. Most outdoors equipment stores don't want to bother with ordering the part for you, they want you to buy a new headlamp. The company should sell the product themselves on the web but they don't. Upgrading my Duo to a Duo led was a lenghty but rewarding experience and much cheaper than buying a new one. $[...] I had to pay customs on it as well. I'd buy it again just for the quality of the product. And by the way, [...] had the best price on the web.A few words on the product: Packaging is excellent and not fussy, the parts fit easily in place and no adjustments or fabricating required. Changing the intensity of the light discharge is easy and does offer useable degrees of lighting ranging from blinding light to mild flood lighting. A good way to add a few more years to your Petzl Duo, mine is 13 years old and looks and feels like new.
