This won't help you cook

This is the worst way to get fuel to your stove. You might try like I did and bend the wind screen up around into a bowl and try to cook over a bowl of gas. works better. I tried the pump on a whistperlite international in my yard no problem. When I tried pumping on my hike the pump felt lose so I checked it out and found that the pump o-ring had expanded and fell off the pump handle. I think that the altitude made it expand. I tried for about an hour to get it working and all I got was cold and discouraged. Maybe at sea level, but not for any real climbing. I was depending on my stove to melt snow for water and to heat up dinner and breakfast. Luckly I had enough water already.

Pumps Good

I've broke two MSR pumps. This new one is going strong. It fits my old MSR XGK stove fine.
