Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Tights - Men's:

This is a great choice as a single base layer by itself or over a microweight base layer (I've layered it over Smartwool microweights in very cold conditions and stayed warm and comfortable all day). I have used it for downhill and cross-country skiing as well as winter cycling, and I have been very impressed. I also have the 1/4 zip top piece and the powerstretch suit (I use the suit for mountaineering). The material breathes well and manages moisture well. Follow the washing instructions carefully, and this piece will last you for many seasons. I highly recommend it.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Tights - Men's:

I bought this for a winter mountaineering trip, and I keep finding new uses. I run in them in winter, wear them over cycling shorts when it's too cold for leg warmers, climb in them, and hike in them. They are wind resistant when worn as an outer layer, wick very well, and layer better than anything in my wardrobe. If I could go through my life without taking them off, I would. These tights are the most comfortable set of bottoms I own. Once you try them, you'll start looking for excuses to wear them more often!
