amazingly light, easy to clip

I love it for its weight, but it is just a little too small. It does not accommodate very wide slings or runners well at all. Better to use on the gear end than the rope end.

Super nice for what I need. I don't really clip the rope to these often, I only use them on cams I often have to extend. therefore, I bypass the small factor. Saving weight for sure. They're so darn light (lite?). Makes me jealous of women who can clip these with their small fingers. But as I said, I put them in my rack in such a way that I don't end up clipping the rope to them much, only to my harness. Great for shaving weight off your rack. Wouldn't outfit my entire rack with these. Hands too big.

Seems to be smaller than previous Nano

Nano 23 is smaller than previous Nano (28g). Gate seems to be the same size, which is good. It's good idea to practice with Nano for fast clipping.

Dont get me wrong, this is a great carabiner but it takes awhile to get used to clipping them. I love how lightweight and simple they are.

I bought one nano23 and DMM Phantom to help me decide which one to update my 15 yr old rack with.
The nano23 is super light with a clean design and a great price. Two of these nano23s don't equal the weight of one of my old Omegalite 3's. They are small for my hands and DMM's wiregate is better. Overall a super light biner for the price!
