Comments about Mountain Hardwear Sub Zero SL Hooded Jacket - Women's:

Doesn't everyone hate being cold? Well no need to worry with this jacket.
When you want warm...wear this toasty jacket.
It's lightweight, packs down small and fluffs back to keep you warm in any cold weather climate. I won't leave the house without it in the winter.
Don't turn the heat on in the car if you wear this to work! Even with all this down power you can move without feeling like you're in a sumo suit of down.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Sub Zero SL Hooded Jacket - Women's:

Good GOD this thing is warm. I tried wearing it while climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, but I was sweating like a pig! I did end up slipping it on while celebrating at the top, and was snug as a bug. The red is fire engine red, great for spotting if you ever need a rescue. True to size, I'm 5'6", 116 lbs, I got a medium so I could layer. I thought I could fit a small daypack under the jacket, but even with the medium I couldn't zip it up.... so decide how you want to layer when sizing.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Sub Zero SL Hooded Jacket - Women's:

My new jacket goes with me everywhere now - climbing, bushwalking, white-water rafting (obviously not on river - but it's always in the car at the get-out waiting to be put on and warm me up) and when I put it in my sleeping bag it seriously makes the perfect pillow - just enough squishyness.

Service & Delivery comments:

I was not expecting something to come from the US to Oz in less than a week - and it did, along with all the other gear I ordered. You guys are going to be my main-stay for ordering gear.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Sub Zero SL Hooded Jacket - Women's:

I've had this jacket over a year. It has saved me weight while backpacking because now instead of multiple layers in cold weather (base layer, fleece, wool sweater, hat, balaclava) I just take a base layer and this jacket to keep me toasty. The hood is awesome and it can cover half your face when it's all fastened down. It also makes an awesome pillow when stuffed in a shirt. I also wear it around town, and it has always kept me warm, no matter how cold it is outside. I love the water resistant fabric...I can wear it in a cold rain or a wet snow without worrying about damaging the down. You do need to let it dry out afterward...

Awesome jacket...I wear it almost daily in winter.
