Simple and effective, these grips do exactly what they are supposed to do which is provide and easy and convenient way to excersise one's grip. However, I found that they are too small for my large hands, and find myself wishing I had a way to apply the same resistance to a more extended portion of my grip. Something adjustable would probably be an order of magnitude more expensive. As it is, at full rip, these are overpriced.

I have had a difficult time finding strong enough grips that offer the toughness that these do.

I thought I was pretty strong until I got these. The 100lb is fairly easy, but then the 150 is only easy for your strong hand. Takes a while for the weak hand to catch up. Haven't gotten to use the 200 yet as I'm waiting for my left to be able to do 15 reps with the 150. The 300 must be for the friggin' Hulk. if you're hard core, you might want to get the next set up, but this is a good set for average to above average growth. Also, the grips are rough, so they develop a bit of callouses at the same time - BONUS!
