Neither sweat nor snow will give you cause for complaint when you wear the Mountain Hardwear Nut Shell Ventigaiter that features a built-in venting system. While snow and mud are kept out by durable, urethane-coated nylon Packcloth with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish, the mesh venting system at the back of the gaiter provides excellent breathability when the trail gets rough.

- Nothing will get in around the top of your gaiter when you cinch up the one-handed drawcord closure at the top hem
- Use the grommet holes at the bottom of the gaiter for under-arch anchoring

I have "chicken legs"... I bought Med returned for XL - they are still too tight. I put them on the shelf and purchased OR gaiters.

have to exchange them for a bigger size (M or L) although I'm a really small person and usually S is too big for me. So buy one or - to be on the safe side - two sizes bigger than you'd normally do.
