Friends have several other products, mostly worn under hard hats for construction work. The OR liner is far and away the best of the bunch. I was skeptical because it's so thin and light weight, but am going to buy a back-up, just in case OR decides to cancel this product.

I bought this to replace my sadly lost and discontinued Patagonia liner and I miss the Patagonia soo much!. This has a bondied fleece that is meant to be breathable yada yada but it does not fit right and creases on the two longitudinal seams, making your head look like if you took some serious airtime and fell head first or if you dipped it overnight in vinegar. Anyway, good for the money but OR can invest some time in making it a better fit.

the Campmor Helmet Hat [...].
This hat is warm, stylish, but the
ear coverage isn't as good as the
Campmor hat. Even though the Campmor
hat is a little nerdy, I plan to buy
another one, since the ear coverage is
