Width:
Fit true to width
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Pros:
Comfortable, Stable
Best Uses:
Day hikes, Everyday

Wow what a difference these insoles make. I bought a set of these on a tele ski trip to whistler, and i am glad i did. These insoles have amazing support for you feet. When you first start to use them it almost hurts because your feet wont be used to the added support, however after a few uses they are great. I have a few sets of these insoles and i found that they are great for your everyday shoes, or for your ski boots, but i wouldnt recomend these for anything with high impact, such as backpacking. Although they have great support they dont seem to do much to absorb the impact, and over long distances they start to become uncomfortable.

my feet say give me more abuse
By MiaVerified Purchaser from springfield, ma on 1/26/2006
Pros:
Lightweight, Tough
Cons:
might stay damp under sole
Best Uses:
Day trip, Hiking, winter hiking in north east

partner who is very small in heel and extremely high arch could not believe what a comfy fit so I got mine and my 50 yr. old feet love the abuse on the winter trails with a 15+ pack. Tip: local shop said to stand 20 min. in boots not the few that the back of package says the first time you cook em; so far sweet... Also you can re cook when the comfort seems to be less after time. Went to a thinner sock after inserting.
