Feels too narrow
Pros:
super sensitive
Cons:
zero shock absorbtion in the forefoot (like a climbing shoe)
Best Uses:

Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These have a technical fit, so unless you have narrow feet or are getting these for climbing, go a half size up if you have any doubts about fit. These are significantly smaller than the 5.10 Camp Fours in the same size.

This is my second pair of the Retro Tennie by Five Ten; as an avid hiker (day/night, overnight) of trails throughout Arizona, I have found this shoe to stand up to the various types of terrain encountered within the desert and high-country from slick rocks to loose riff-raff and dusty trails, forest trails and city streets. The tread and shoe are durable, and footing feels secure and dependable. The shoe itself is quite basic, fits like a moccasin.
