Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

comfortable, minimal break in, long lasting lateral support. I have used and killed three pair, my job and off trail use is abusive. these have outlasted many that cost twice as much. No blow outs, or gear broken. discarded when support finally becomes to soft, long after others.
