I originally bought these to walk in the ski resort parking lot, so as not to ruin the soles of my ski boots. In the car, walking to the lodge, and walking back to the car, they are absolutely fantastic. They are insanely warm, and very comfortable! You can leave them in the car in sub degree temp. all day, come back hours later, slip them on, and your feet begin to warm up right away.

[...] These are warm and comfortable to lounge in. I wouldn?t recommend taking them camping though (as suggested in their description). You?d probably twist your ankle just walking around with them on in your tent. They have ties which help them fit to your foot, but that doesn?t keep the bottom of the shoe from constantly slipping from side to side. Imagine wearing flip flops without the big toe thing in the front (that?s about the best way to describe walking in these, sorry)?they just don?t work so great. They are very warm but I wouldn?t buy these again. I was contemplating spending more for a similar ?shoe? from The North Face but got these instead. Next time, I?ll opt for another brand and perhaps spend more so I get ?slippers? that I can walk in comfortably.

I got these booties for my husband for Valentine's Day and he refuses to take them off. They are lightweight and compact, but have a full sole and come up higher on the ankle than most booties, with a draw-cord right at the top of the foot. Perfect for trekking to the outhouse or the woodpile, or filling a pot with snow, during a backcountry hut trip!

these are definitely warm. Although, I haven't worn them in the snow yet so I don't know how they'd perform there. I'd recommend buying some insoles with a halfway decent arch since there is no support. Also, the down always seems to not stay around the back of the heel area. Not really a big deal, but it would be nice that didn't happen. Overall, a decent product.
