Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Shoe is Goretex, hence waterproof. Vibram sole, hence the moss on the rock moves before you do. Light enough to go for a run in. Very happy with my purchace, I live in Australia and I ended up paying [$]instead of the [$] they cost here, very quick postage, would be more than happy to use this company again. Only con I can think of would be that the shoe has a very hard insole, although this may be a good thing.
