These are a great low-tech / durable option compared to trimmer neoprene overboots. I'm not sure what's going on in the picture, though, but there is absolutely no way you can wear clip-on crampons with these overboots on any boot I've ever tried. If you have strap crampons, they'll work great. Otherwise, you'll have to cut holes for the toe bail, which precludes you from using them as camp booties in the snow. So they have their pros and cons.

i think these are the best boots in the whole wide world. they work soooooooo well for me, and i think EVERYONE who goes to Mount Everest or any other mountain climber should use them. Thank you for keeping my feet nice and toasty.
