Cons:
Need to downsize
Best Uses:
Bouldering, Indoor, Outdoor, Steep Precise Climbing

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This shoe is pretty much the one stop shop for performance shoes. It has excellence heel hooking and due to the v-shaped strap system will not come off until you take it off. It is equipped with the extremely sticky Stealth C-3 rubber same as the Dragon and V10 except this shoe has recycled sticky rubber for toe hooking that wont hurt the environment. A very powerful shoe that is comfortable enough to climb all day in. Thoroughly satisfied.

The Jet7's are the best shoe I've worn in 5 years. The rubber is the stickiest I've ever used, and they are super sensitive. You can toe-in on just about anything with these. Even the heels are great; despite having only one velcro closure, they really lock on to your feet. I would size these about a half size smaller than your regular climbing shoe size, as they seem to run a bit big.

Since I got this shoe, Its the only one I wear. Straight out of the box it fits my feet perfectly with almost no break in time. This shoe is amazing I get the toe down power from a down turned shoe as well as the comfort of a moccasym and it fits like a glove. Also the rubber is eco friendly, so your doing a good thing for the enviornment. The green rubber up top also works well for toe hooking. This is a 5 star shoe from 5.10 and if you have been climbing as long as I have you should know that 5.10 has the stickest rubber out there and thats a fact!

Sticky rubber.
Good for both toe and heel hook.
The shoes is good for narrow feet.
I am size 42.5 for 5.10 brand. I bought exact size for these pair. But i think half or one size bigger would be better.

Service & Delivery comments:

Shoes showed up looking as though they had been wore already. Not cool. New products should be new!

Excellent bouldering shoe!
By VeefourteenVerified Purchaser from D.C. on 2/26/2008
Sizing:

Width:
Feels true to width
Pros:
Downturned toe, Rubber on the upper
Cons:
Awkward velcro straps
Best Uses:
Bouldering, Indoor, Sport climbing
Describe Yourself:
Competitive Climber
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The single strap with dual velcro positions is a great idea, but the shoe feels too lose in the bottom velcro position. Otherwise, this is a remarkable bouldering shoe. The downturned toe is extremely powerful and the rubber on the upper provides great toe hook ability!
