While the egg-crate like footbed is a bit uncomfortable at first, if you persevere and wear them for a few more days to break them in, they are the most comfortable flops ever. They have great traction in the wet and dry, and that aforementioned foot-bed is also great for traction when they are wet. All around, I couldn't have asked for a better pair of flops.
