Like these insoles a ton for their slim profile and support. The Merrell's I have are "tipped" forward a bit by the outsole, and so force the foot forward while walking. The extremely low profile heelcup of these insoles works perfectly to balance this, and also provides lots of arch support and support overall. Unfortunately, the forefoot is too narrow, and due to the rigid nature of these insoles, there is friction where my foot extends past the lip of the insole on the big toe side--makes for a pretty good hotspot. Wouldn't trade the rigidity for the support, but could use to have them wider in the forefoot (could always be cut to fit narrower feet).
