The product is wonderful. Having tried it before in a local store, i knew that i needed to order half size bigger and with the anticipated size, it fit me like a glove. The shoes is light that u kinda forget its there. Only the loud colours make u kinda aware that you are wearing one. I will receive the odd stare once in a while but who cares.

Service & Delivery comments:

Albiet I had some credit card challenges through no fault of Mountaingear, they were kind enough to respond to me promptly and I later then put in my subsequent order to which they delivered within my expectation. Kudos to the Customer Care people. Great service at great prices.

I ordered this shoe 3 times to get the size right!I'm a 10 but european sizes don't seem to match up,so i ordered a half-size bigger. It's very comfortable, but the tread on the bottom wears out too quickly!! Recommend use on the treadmill at the gym and they will last longer than the outdoors or save them for a marathon run! I get alot of looks since the colors are a little loud!

this shoe will exceed your expectations!
By timmy d from holderness, n.h. on 5/16/2006
Pros:
Comfortable, Good arch support, Good cushioning, Non-slip sole, Stable
Best Uses:
Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet weather

these shoes rock! i have been running in them for over a month and i am thouroughly impressed. they have superior constuction, i have been training and racing in them, and they have held up like no other shoe i have ever owned. they drain really quckly after hitting a big puddle, witch is really handy here in the northeast where we have been inundated for the last week with no sign of clearing ahead. the sticky rubber is fantastic for wet rocks and roots. the lacing system really molds the shoe to your foot making it feel really secure. two thumbs up!

Not pretty, but worth it!
By Colorado Trail YetiVerified Reviewer from Denver, CO on 4/27/2006
Pros:
Comfortable, Good cushioning, Non-slip sole, Stable
Cons:
Squeaks
Best Uses:
Backcountry, Day hikes, Everyday

Designed for trail running and does it well. I mainly use them for light day hikes and scrambles with a light day pack. They don't last very long, which most shoes don't the way I wear them out. I am on my second pair and plan to buy more when they wear out. Lightweight, supportive and sticky. Can't get enough!
