First pair started coming apart after 80 miles. Returned them to North face and they were replaced. Second pair did the same thing. I alternate shoes several times a week when distance running in prairie terrain and the Boa is the only shoe to literally come apart on my feet. Very disappointing.

I use to buy Columbia shoes for many years, until oneday a customer associate had me try the North Face boa system shoes. After hiking in the mountains of Colorado, my feet stayed dry, comfortable, and for once did not get blisters, or heel pain.

I will never go back to Columbia for any of my outdoor needs.

The laces on one shoe got stuck one day after the shoe got really wet from rain. It took a lot of tugging on the laces to finally get them unstuck. Other than that, it's been great.
