Great footwear for hiking. Excellent for snowshoeing with gaiters since this is a mid-rise boot. Feet kept warm with one pair of socks and the comfort is unbeatable. This boot feels like it was made for my feet and I am a happy consumer who will buy Keen again and again for my outdoor footwear. Would most definitely recommend this boot to others.
