I first had to remove some stitches which rubbed right over the bone at the top of my foot, and expected the flips to fall apart quite soon because of it.
Then I took them to India and wore nothing else. They lasted the whole 8 months, walking most days 12-15km - plus a trek in Nepal. Only then did the sole start to sag a bit, and the strap became rather shreded...! But they're still perfectly wearable to potter around. Quite impressive.
Most comfortable sandle I've had in yrs.

I received my order sooner than I expected. Since trying on the Chaco thongs, the rest of my thongs just don't come up to the comfort level as the Chaco's.
